About The Position

We are seeking a DXC SICS Tester with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and a strong understanding of the insurance and reinsurance domain. The ideal candidate will be a Product SME with hands-on experience in IT deployments, data migration, and systems migration within the insurance industry. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and the ability to develop and execute test strategies, plans, and reports.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Quality Assurance experience with full STLC.
• Product SME experience with DXC SICS core product (Accounting, Claims, task management and Integration with upstream and downstream systems).
• Reinsurance experience (Facultative/Treaty Reinsurance, Rating system, Claim E2E, Billing/Payment System, Downstream/Upstream Integration testing, Forms/Reports systems).
• Experience with Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Closure and report preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Data Migration testing experience.
• Industry-specific skills/certifications such as AINS, ISTQB, AWS, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Product SME for DXC SICS core product, including Accounting, Claims, task management, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Perform Reinsurance testing, covering Facultative/Treaty Reinsurance, Rating systems, Claim E2E, Billing/Payment Systems, Downstream/Upstream Integration testing, and Forms/Reports systems.
• Conduct Data Migration testing.
• Develop and execute Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Closure reports.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
