DX Consultant / Senior Consultant
About The Position
This role involves supporting clients in driving digital transformation initiatives and improving business processes. The consultant will manage and coordinate projects from planning through execution, provide consulting services and recommendations on technology-driven solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement innovative solutions. The position will leverage Microsoft technologies, AI solutions, and data analytics to enhance organizational performance, and will support business development activities and technology-related sales initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Digital Transformation (DX), Consulting, Project Management, Technology-driven Sales, Engineering, Related technology or business fields
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice To Haves
- Japanese language proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies
- Knowledge of AI solutions and applications
- Experience in data analytics and business intelligence
- Proven involvement in digital transformation initiatives
