About The Position
The DX Accounting & Treasury PMO partners with the Head of Diagnostics Accounting & Treasury on key priorities, decisions, and emerging topics. The role helps shape and implement the DX Accounting & Treasury roadmap, translating objectives into initiatives, milestones, and actions. It coordinates cross-functional projects and contributes to the design and implementation of the future Accounting & Treasury operating model, including governance, responsibilities, interfaces, and ways of working. The position prepares research, analysis, scenarios, and concise management materials to support decisions; prepares and facilitates meetings and workshops; and follows up on agreed actions. It also takes ownership of ad hoc projects and topics requiring additional structure, analysis, or coordination.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, or a related environment.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics and translate them into tangible outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and results orientation, with strong attention to detail and confidence to constructively challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner and sounding board to the Head of Diagnostics Accounting & Treasury, supporting key priorities, decisions, and emerging topics.
- Help shape and implement the DX Accounting & Treasury roadmap by translating objectives into clear initiatives, milestones, and actions.
- Coordinate and drive selected cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and effective follow-through.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the future Accounting & Treasury operating model, including governance, responsibilities, interfaces, and ways of working.
- Prepare research, analysis, scenario development, and concise management materials to support key decisions.
- Prepare and facilitate key meetings and workshops, ensuring effective follow-up and progress on agreed actions.
- Take ownership of ad hoc projects and topics requiring additional structure, analysis, or coordination.
