DVM Student Externship - [Groves Veterinary Clinic]
About The Position
Groves Veterinary Clinic is seeking compassionate, team-oriented, and communicative 1st through 4th-year veterinary students for a paid externship. This program offers a unique opportunity to enhance education through real-world experience in a clinic that treats pets and people like family, maintaining high standards and incorporating innovation and empathy. Services provided include boarding, dentistry, general small animal surgery (soft tissue, TPLO, and orthopedic procedures), in-house laboratory diagnostics (radiology, ultrasound, electrocardiogram, Ocular Tonometry), laser therapy, and wellness packages. The clinic has been recognized by the University of Florida for its Practice Management Clerkship Program, mentoring future veterinary leaders.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
- Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator.
