About The Position
Big Bend Animal Hospital is seeking 1st through 4th year veterinary students for a paid externship. This is an opportunity to enhance your education through real-world experience in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art, small animal practice. We offer comprehensive services including preventative care, surgery, dentistry, cold laser therapy, in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, boarding, and grooming. The externship is paid at $15 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, a DVM mentor network, and 1:1 mentorship and guidance. Future employment opportunities may also be available.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
- Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator.
