About The Position
Animal Hospital of Avon is seeking 3rd or 4th year veterinary students for a paid externship. This program offers a supportive environment with strong resources, including connections to local specialists, mentorship, a modern facility, and advanced equipment. The externship provides hands-on experience in providing exceptional, customized care for patients and personalized experiences for clients. The team practices high-level medicine, utilizing multi-modal anesthesia and analgesia, tailored patient monitoring, and nursing care, while integrating Fear Free strategies and adhering to AAHA, AAFP, and AVMA guidelines. This is an opportunity for veterinary students to enhance their education through real-world experiences and explore future career opportunities within the practice.
Requirements
- Must be a 3rd or 4th Year Veterinary Student.
- Must be from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
