About The Position
Greenwood Veterinary Care is seeking 1st through 4th year veterinary students for a paid externship. This is an opportunity for veterinary students to enhance their education through real-world experiences in a full-service hospital offering a wide range of services including wellness and sick/injured patient care, surgical services (including orthopedic procedures), diagnostic testing, dentistry, cold laser therapy, and behavioral counseling/modification. The practice is located in Brooklyn, NY, with easy access to Manhattan and local amenities like Prospect Park. The externship offers 1:1 mentorship, a DVM mentor network, and potential future veterinary and ownership opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be a DVM Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
- Compassionate, Team Player, and Strong Communicator.
