About The Position

Established in 2002 and headquartered in Paris (FR), Holland Bike’s mission is to introduce the Dutch daily cycling tradition as an alternative and effective means of transportation in and around cities. Today, Holland Bikes is the number 1 provider of bike tours and rentals in France, with over 20 retail and rental points. In 2023 Holland Bikes started their first location in the United States. Located in Brooklyn NY, this brand new location provides bike rentals and guided tours in multiple languages. In 2025, Holland Bikes opened a second location in Manhattan, near Central Park, offering daily tours through the park.

As a Tour Guide, your job is to create unforgettable moments with our guests. You take them on a 2.5 hour bike tour through the city, while explaining the city’s history, architecture, fun facts and hidden gems. You take pictures and answer any questions they might have while making sure all guests are comfortable and having fun.

Requirements

• Enjoy riding a bike and be comfortable riding it.
• Ability to take a group of guests through traffic while monitoring safety and completeness.
• Amazing hospitality: warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, ability to 'read the room'.
• Ability to stay calm, facilitate, and smile even in stressful or chaotic situations.
• Be an excellent presenter.
• Take pride in your job.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Authorization to work in the United States, without the need of visa sponsorship.
