As a Customer Care Agent, you will engage with clients to address their questions about digital services, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver prompt solutions. Your contribution is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong, lasting client relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in customer care, preferably in digital services or IT sector
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers via phone and chat
  • Provide support and resolve inquiries related to digital services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service issues
