About The Position

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative to join our Frozen Goods department, based in Bulgaria with a hybrid working model. This role is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for the food industry and frozen goods, who is eager to contribute to an expanding market. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients in Dutch-speaking regions, driving sales growth, and promoting our range of frozen products. You will work closely with the team to understand market needs and deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch, French and English
Experience within the food industry, Sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
Ability to tailor sales presentations to meet diverse client requirements
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a on-site/remote model and collaborating with remote teams

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients within the Dutch-speaking market for frozen goods
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Develop and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with product offerings
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback
Participate in relevant trade shows and networking events
