About The Position

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Dutch-Speaking Renewable Energy Sales Representative to join our team in a hybrid working model based in Bulgaria. This role offers the perfect blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, focusing on driving sales of innovative renewable energy solutions to Dutch-speaking markets. In this position, you will identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored renewable energy products and services. This role plays an important part in advancing sustainable energy adoption while contributing to the company’s growth.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the renewable energy sector
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Willingness to move to Bulgaria, if not already a resident
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a hybrid work model
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach
Good understanding of renewable energy technologies and market trends preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales opportunities within Dutch-speaking renewable energy markets
Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person
Establish and nurture long-term client relationships
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to create customized solutions
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
Stay well-informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor developments
Work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and office-based activities
