Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, returns, and other service-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training and development sessions to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills.
