Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure excellent satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
