This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. You will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use a bug prep gun, remove mud, perform safety inspections, make key adjustments to car wash equipment, know E-Stop locations, handle tunnel incidents, perform vacuum service, and participate in nightly close down checklists. You will engage with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, inform guests about Memberships, present our Difference, and train new Team Members. You will aid in member visit success rate, including License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads. You will communicate key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, observe the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, and be knowledgeable on membership management. You will be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process, complete daily shift reports, and maintain a clean, organized car wash facility. You will learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, safely use ladders, engage e-stops while cleaning, and gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge. You will adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct. You will follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. You will assist in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trenches, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot. You are willing to work in all weather conditions and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. You will be on your feet 100% of the day and outside. You will attend all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning.
