This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. The team member will greet guests, safely guide and load vehicles, use a bug prep gun, remove mud from wheel wells, perform safety inspections, make key adjustments to car wash equipment, know E-Stop locations, handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, and be responsible for the vacuum service process. They will also participate in the nightly close down checklist, engage with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, inform guests about Memberships, present our Difference, train new Team Members, and aid in member visit success rate. Additional duties include License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads, communicating key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, vacuum area observance for guest satisfaction, knowledge of membership management, fluency in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process, completing daily shift reports, maintaining a clean and organized car wash facility, learning how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, safely using ladders and engaging e-stop while cleaning, learning backroom safety and equipment knowledge, adhering to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct, following Champion safety procedures, assisting in cleaning the facility, and being willing to work in all weather conditions. This position is eligible for cash and digital tips. All other duties assigned by management.
