About The Position

This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The Team Member is responsible for ensuring 100% of vehicles are prepped and loaded safely, and 100% of daily operational tasks are completed. Key duties include being knowledgeable about property safety and layouts, understanding what not to wash, and being familiar with tunnel equipment. The role involves greeting guests, safely guiding and loading vehicles, using a bug prep gun, removing mud from wheel wells, performing safety inspections, making equipment adjustments, knowing E-Stop locations, and handling tunnel incidents effectively and safely. Additionally, the Team Member is responsible for the vacuum service process, participating in nightly close-down checklists, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, and being knowledgeable about single wash packages and memberships. They will inform guests about memberships, present the company's difference, train new team members, and aid in member visit success rates. This includes managing License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads, communicating vehicle information and equipment retracts, observing the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, and understanding membership management. The role requires fluency in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process, completing daily shift reports, maintaining a clean facility, and learning to safely open and close the car wash with leadership. Safely using ladders, engaging the e-stop while cleaning, and learning backroom safety and equipment knowledge are also part of the role. Team Members must adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct, following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Responsibilities include assisting in cleaning the facility, which encompasses equipment, walls, trenches, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot. The role requires willingness to work in all weather conditions and the ability to be on your feet 100% of the day, often outdoors. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning events is expected.

Responsibilities
