About The Position

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements

Ability to follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
Ability to follow food safety standards
Ability to prepare food and beverages
Ability to assemble and package orders
Ability to understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation
Ability to clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
Ability to stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
Ability to take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
Ability to meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
Ability to serve and communicate with guests
Ability to maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
Ability to communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Ability to organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
