Requirements

Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and detailed instructions.
Comfort working early morning or overnight shifts to support fresh product availability.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Previous food service, bakery, or kitchen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin' products, including donuts, muffins, bagels, and other baked goods, following established recipes and production schedules.
Ensure all products meet Dunkin' quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking and prep area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
Operate baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely production and availability of products for customers.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.
