About The Position

Advanced Concrete Inc. is seeking a versatile Dump Truck Driver who will primarily be responsible for the safe transportation of aggregates and materials. This role requires the willingness to be cross-trained as a Ready-Mix Driver to support operations during peak times. Requirements

Valid CDL Class A or B with an airbrakes endorsement.
At least one year of CDL driving experience.
A clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe practices.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb in and out of trucks multiple times daily, and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing daily needs between dump truck and ready-mix tasks.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

Safely transport sand, gravel, stone, and dirt to and from various job sites.
Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete, ensuring quality standards are maintained during the pour.
Adhere to all DOT regulations, state/federal laws, and company safety policies.
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; clean and maintain delivery equipment, including chutes.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Load, secure, and unload materials efficiently while maneuvering trucks safely in congested or confined areas.
