About The Position

Advanced Concrete Inc. is seeking a versatile Dump Truck Driver to join their team. This role primarily involves the safe transportation of aggregates and materials, with the expectation that the driver will be cross-trained as a Ready-Mix Driver to support operations during peak times. This is a dynamic position for a driver who enjoys variety and is dedicated to delivering excellence.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A or B with an airbrakes endorsement.
• At least one year of CDL driving experience.
• A clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe practices.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb in and out of trucks multiple times daily, and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing daily needs between dump truck and ready-mix tasks.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport sand, gravel, stone, and dirt to and from various job sites.
• Operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete, ensuring quality standards are maintained during the pour.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, state/federal laws, and company safety policies.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; clean and maintain delivery equipment, including chutes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load, secure, and unload materials efficiently while maneuvering trucks safely in congested or confined areas.
