Experienced ONLY Dump Truck Driver - Manual Operators Only
About The Position
Loveland Excavating and Paving is searching for an experienced Dump Truck driver. This role involves driving and operating dump trucks to deliver materials such as concrete, asphalt, or miscellaneous items to job sites. The driver will also be responsible for picking up materials, verifying load accuracy, and delivering them as instructed. The position requires the ability to use navigation tools and road maps, perform daily truck inspections, and adhere to all safe work practices and policies. Additionally, the driver must report any vehicle issues to their supervisor immediately, complete and verify paperwork, and follow all traffic laws and DOT regulations. The role also includes basic vehicle maintenance.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years’ experience driving a dump truck, hauling dirt, rock and/or asphalt.
- CDL – Class A or Class B - Manual Transmission
- Ability to lift 80 pounds.
- Able to pass random drug tests.
- Clean driving record.
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years.
- Listening and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Dependability.
Responsibilities
