About The Position

Rogers Group is seeking a Dump Truck Driver to join their team. This role involves transporting materials such as sand, gravel, dirt, and asphalt between various locations, operating the truck's controls for dumping, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. The position requires a strong work ethic, comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions, and early morning start times. Requirements

• Hold a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proper endorsements (such as air brakes).
• Possess a current medical examiner's certificate.
• Maintain a safe driving history verified by a motor vehicle record check.
• Ability to climb into an elevated cab multiple times a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions with early morning start times.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety checks on tires, fluid levels, brakes, and lights.
• Haul sand, gravel, dirt, and asphalt safely between suppliers, quarries, and construction zones.
• Use levers and hydraulic cranks inside the cab to tilt the truck bed and dump loads accurately.
• Keep accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and hours-of-service documentation in line with DOT regulations.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and navigate tight or busy worksites safely.
