About The Position

Esposito Construction is seeking experienced, full time, Roll Off / Dump Truck Drivers . The right candidate should have 3 + years experience in the industry of dump trucks. As a Roll-Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating our roll-off trucks and transporting large containers to and from various job sites. Requirements

Knowledge of landfill, transfer stations and quarries
Know how to mill and pave
Must have a clean MVR
A CDL license
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
In depth knowledge of construction methods and means and equipment utilization

Nice To Haves

Manual Dump Truck experience a plus

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently operate a roll-off truck to load, transport, and unload roll-off containers/dumpsters at job sites, recycling centers, landfills, or other designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the roll-off truck and container to ensure safe operation and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers or supervisors to receive work orders, obtain job site instructions, and provide updates on the status of deliveries or pick-ups.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe work environment for yourself, other employees, and the public.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on the roll-off truck, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and general cleanliness.
