About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Due Diligence Specialist to coordinate real estate sale and acquisition transactions, including land augmentation by participating in due diligence and closing processes. This role involves participating as a team member in multi-site acquisitions and divestments. The specialist will track current and future development projects, provide updates to senior management, and partner with Development Managers on site selection criteria and the corporate approval process. Additionally, the role will assist the Director of Real Estate and Development with special projects, site analysis, demographic studies, and traffic count analysis. The position contributes to the team effort by completing other duties as assigned by management to support the Florida region's success. The ideal candidate must be forward-thinking, possess a high attention to detail, and understand strategic and tactical business initiatives. Maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion in all real estate activities is crucial. The role also involves increasing professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, and participating in professional societies. The specialist will contribute to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

Requirements

• 2 years’ experience required including real estate, asset management and property management.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
