About The Position

This role coordinates real estate sale and acquisition transactions, including land augmentation by participating in due diligence and closing processes. The specialist will participate as a team member in multi-site acquisitions and divestments. They will track current and future development projects and assist in providing updates to senior management. The role involves partnering with Development Managers on site selection criteria and the corporate approval process. Additionally, the specialist will assist the Director of Real Estate and Development with special projects, site analysis, demographic studies, and traffic count analysis, as well as other main tasks within the development progress. The position contributes to team effort by completing other duties as assigned by management that supports the continued success of the Florida region. The ideal candidate must be forward-thinking, possess a high attention to detail, and understand strategic and tactical business initiatives. Maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion in all real estate activities is crucial. The role also involves increasing professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. The specialist contributes to team effort by accomplishing Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
• 2 years’ experience required including real estate, asset management and property management.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
