About The Position

The purpose of this position is to manage Real Estate projects including coordinating due diligence functions, managing legal documents and critical date compliance, and coordinating transaction closings for acquisitions, development/redevelopments and dispositions. This position is directly involved in the implementation of the strategy associated with increasing ownership of Publix-anchored retail and non-retail properties.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, project management or real estate related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-year full time service with Publix Real Estate department or at least 1 year experience in a Real Estate related field
• Knowledge of Real Estate industry processes associated with acquisition and development of properties

• Knowledge of Real Estate legal documents and contracts

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating contracts, legal document analysis, and critical date tracking for Real Estate projects.
• Responsible for coordinating and monitoring Due Diligence functions for Real Estate projects.
• Responsible for coordinating, managing and completing transaction closings and post-closing matters for Real Estate projects.
