Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor
About The Position
The Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor provides accurate, efficient, prompt, and courteous dealing at assigned table games. The role follows procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other forms or variations of table games. It performs accurate chip and cash transactions, receives customer wagers, and pays out appropriate game outcomes. The position maintains game security and protects company assets, helps customers understand game rules, and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures. It also supports and promotes superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Strong verbal communication skills; fluent and literate in English.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs.
