About The Position
The Dual Rate Supervisor position acts in the place of the Retail Manager when they are unavailable. This includes but not limited to: training, ordering, interviewing, hiring, scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must complete Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) training.
- Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Train new staff on standard operating procedures; follow up with staff and manager on progress.
- Track inventory needs and order via Purchasing system.
- Stock and merchandise where needed.
- See Gift Shop Clerk description for all other duties this position is responsible for.
- Performs other duties as necessary and assigned.
