DUAL RATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR – LEAD WITH CONFIDENCE AND KEEP OUR PROPERTY SAFE!

Join our team as a Dual Rate Security Supervisor, where you'll play a critical role in protecting our guests, team members, and property while leading and supporting Security Associates during your shift.

In this dynamic role, you'll oversee daily security operations, respond to incidents, coordinate emergency situations, and help maintain a safe and secure environment across the property. If you're observant, dependable, and ready to take the lead, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid New York State Security Officer License required
• Excellent observation, communication, and report-writing skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to recognize suspicious behavior, fraud attempts, or security risks
• Ability to work independently while leading a team effectively
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

• Previous casino security experience strongly preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Security Associates during assigned shifts
• Generate detailed reports regarding security-related incidents involving guests, team members, and property
• Escort and observe guests and employees to ensure their safety and protection
• Identify and report potential safety and security hazards for proper resolution
• Maintain knowledge of hazardous materials used on property and applicable regulations
• Serve as a Dispatcher during emergency situations and coordinate appropriate responses
• Communicate with outside agencies regarding unusual or suspicious incidents when necessary
• Safely operate company vehicles as assigned
• Maintain familiarity with property facilities, events, and activities to assist guests and team members
• Ensure the secure transportation of company funds, chips, and other valuables
• Activate and deactivate employee and vendor access badges based on Human Resources directives
• Review Daily Activity Reports and prepare Shift Reports for Security leadership
• Coordinate with the Surveillance Department on incidents requiring additional investigation
• Attend departmental meetings and facilitate communication within the Security team
• Observe, document, videotape, and report unusual or suspicious activities
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety and security concerns
• Review surveillance footage and provide information to company leadership and outside agencies as needed
• Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, key inventories, and key logs
• Access secured areas and maintain accountability for critical keys through Key Watcher systems
• Recommend improvements to policies and procedures that support asset protection and operational security
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
