About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time dual Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided. Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
• Minimum of 2 years of professional gaming dealing experience required
• Have a standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in various types of table games
• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills
• Must successfully pass an audition and be proficient in dealing all poker games offered

Nice To Haves

• No high school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
• Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
• Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
• Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to game rules
• Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests
