About The Position

This is a dual position as a Cage Shift Supervisor and Main Banker. As Cage Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible and accountable for the operations of the cage activities during a shift. As Main Banker, you will perform cage cash transactions. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly rate plus tips.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.
2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in high volume cash operations.
Proficient in using the Ten Key Adding Machine.
Must have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be able to work in an intense and fast-paced environment where a high degree of concentration is necessary to perform required job duties.
Ability to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift.
Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 50 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements.
Maintain security and accountability of company funds in the cage during the designated assignment, including training of cage team members.
Work in a window when necessary.
Supervise cage cashiers.
Provide an orderly and positive working environment.
Conduct investigations of variances (over/shorts) that may occur on shift and follow up with paperwork.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
Monitor team member performance, ensuring adherence to casino policies and procedures.
Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
Comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures, and all Tribal Regulations.
Exchange cash for chips and chips for cash.
Verify and prepare all Floor Cashier and Food and Beverage banks.
Perform cashier exchanges for cashiers.
Prepare deposits.
Perform Slot hopper fills.
Perform Table Games fills and credits.
Receive money from the bank institution.
Take in and post cash and chips from soft count.
Pay out Poker, Slot, or other jackpot winners when necessary.
May prepare W-2G's for all winnings over $1,199.00.
Check and verify Jackpot Payout Slips for completion.
Maintain accountability of Marker Bank.
