About The Position

JOB PURPOSE: As a Dealer: To provide each and every guest a pleasant entertainment experience by dealing table games efficiently and within established procedures and internal controls. As a Supervisor: Responsible for the efficient, secure and guest service oriented operation of the assigned pit area and shift. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: As a Dealer: Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority. Complete daily postings and balance daily accounts. Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains and/or obtains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures and rules and works within them accordingly. Reports any unusual situations to pit games supervision. The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position. The duties and responsibilities will be subject to change based on organizational needs and/or deemed necessary by the supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures. May evaluate, train, develop and monitor subordinate (dealers) personnel. Maintains an awareness of applicable gaming policies, procedures, and rules and monitors for compliance. Maintains all relevant information and documentation as appropriately confidential. May assist games supervision in proper games spread management. Reports any unusual situations to superiors. Has authority to perform fills. Has authority to perform table inventories. Performs the duties of a Table Games Dealer as assigned. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Read, write, and speak English
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must pass Craps and Roulette audition within 90 days of promotion.
  • Demonstrated record of successful guest service skills.
  • Class III Washington State and Quinault Indian Nation Tribal Gaming License
  • Must be able to work any assigned shifts including holidays, high volume days and weekends.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous dealing and/or supervisory experience at QBR&C
  • Demonstrated computer application skills.
