About The Position

The Dual Enrollment Program is seeking a dedicated team member to perform a variety of specialized program support activities and services related to local high school students. This position will provide program presentations and support to high school students, as well as coordinating a wide variety of projects and program activities involving local school districts.

Requirements

Associate degree with coursework in education or related discipline; AND Three (3) years of experience working in an academic environment participating in outreach and recruitment of college or high school students; OR Any combination of education, experience, or training which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Associate degree education equivalency is a 1 to 1 equivalency, one year of responsible work experience related to the classification for each full year (24-30 units) of college.
Complete and submit an online application with all required attachments.
Complete a Diversity Essay describing skills, education, professional development, community involvement, and professional experience working with diverse groups.
Complete a medical history questionnaire.
Undergo and pass a pre-employment physical examination.
Provide fingerprints prior to beginning work.
Submit to an examination within the past sixty (60) days to determine that they are free of active tuberculosis.
