Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Marriott Brand Sales experience
Opening Hotel Sales experience
Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing, occupancy rates, and revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and travel agents to drive business.
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue objectives.
Develop and oversee promotional campaigns, advertising, and marketing initiatives to attract guests.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to hotel management.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel’s services and build brand awareness.
Work closely with other hotel departments, such as operations and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.
