About The Position

EVERWhite and Finish Tech are affiliated American manufacturing companies delivering high-quality surface and coating solutions across multiple industries. EVERWHITE is an industry leader in dry-erase products, supplying top-tier whiteboards to schools, universities, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, and Division 10 contractors across the USA and Canada. Finish Tech is a manufacturer and supplier of specialty overlay films and laminates for wood, plastics, and metal products. Our diverse product range includes woodgrains, metallics, holographic and metallized PET, transfer papers and foils, and non-PVC Type I & II wallcovering products with repositionable and permanent PSA. We also offer coated papers, embossed non-wovens, roll-to-roll sheet laminations, and custom project solutions. We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative with proven B2B experience to expand customer relationships, develop new accounts, and represent both product lines nationwide.

Requirements

2–5 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience
Willingness and ability to travel overnight for customer site visits and trade shows.
Strong track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in competitive market segments.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sage, or ACT!).
Must live within a 30-minute commute of Warminster, PA.

Nice To Haves

Experience in manufacturing, industrial surface overlays/films, or commercial building materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive business growth by selling dry-erase solutions, overlay films, laminates, and specialty wallcoverings to education, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing, and Division 10 contractor markets.
Prospect and develop new B2B accounts through targeted outreach, cold calling, networking, and industry referrals.
Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations to understand technical requirements and present tailored product solutions across both brands.
Travel overnight as needed to conduct regional client visits, represent both companies at national trade shows, and attend industry events.
Prepare accurate quotes, submit proposals, manage the full sales pipeline, and close new business deals.
Track outreach activity, maintain detailed customer records in CRM software, and contribute to accurate sales projections.
