Under general supervision, the Dual Accounting Clerk supports the Accounting Managers and/or General Managers by maintaining accurate, organized, and timely financial records for the assigned hotels. This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, maintaining financial records, reconciling balances, and participating in period-end closing activities. The clerk will also support data and audit requests, collaborate with management on financial processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Attendance, professional appearance, effective communication, and adherence to safety protocols are key components of this position.
