About The Position

SharkNinja is looking for a DTC Sales Manager to own and drive Canada's Direct to Consumer growth strategy. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution, responsible for shaping and delivering a retail sales plan that drives revenue, optimizes margin, and positions SharkNinja's DTC channel for sustained growth in the Canadian market. The ideal candidate will bring deep ecommerce expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the cross-functional influence to align Sales Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing behind a shared DTC vision. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce, key account management, or commercial planning within a consumer goods or retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering commercial targets across revenue, margin, and forecast accuracy in a DTC or ecommerce context
  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience owning promotional budgets, conducting ROI analysis, and making data-driven recommendations
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior cross-functional stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes without relying on formal authority
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable strategic recommendations
  • Experience leading end-to-end forecasting and inventory planning in a high-SKU, fast-moving consumer goods environment
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex commercial analysis clearly and persuasively to Director and VP-level audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a Senior Account Management, Commercial Lead, or equivalent role within Canadian retail or ecommerce
  • Experience working within a US-headquartered company with cross-market reporting or responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive a comprehensive DTC ecommerce strategy, moving beyond execution to influencing commercial direction and building the long-term growth plan for SharkNinja's DTC channel
  • Define and own KPIs across the DTC business, translating performance data into clear strategic direction and actionable recommendations for Director and VP-level audiences
  • Identify and size new market opportunities, category gaps, and emerging competitive trends, bringing forward recommendations that inform SharkNinja's positioning before others see the signal
  • Lead DTC representation in financial and business planning discussions, advocating for channel prioritization at senior leadership level and building a compelling commercial case for DTC investment
  • Own full accountability for sales, profit, and inventory outcomes across all categories, delivering forecast updates on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, and developing corrective strategies when performance deviates
  • Manage promotional budgets in partnership with Finance, using GM analysis to ensure promotional investments balance revenue growth and profitability
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships across internal and cross-market stakeholders, establishing DTC as a strategically critical channel and sharing learnings that elevate the broader business
  • Lead end-to-end forecasting and promotional planning in partnership with Strategic Sales, Finance, and Ecommerce leadership
  • Own the forecast submission process, maintaining the integrity of forecasts, pricing, and product data across planning systems so downstream teams are always working from accurate and up-to-date inputs
  • Identify and plan for risks and opportunities across product launches, seasonal moments, and supply constraints, developing action plans and surfacing recommendations to leadership
  • Recommend appropriate commercial responses to market pricing violations and proactively flag inventory risks to supply teams when gaps are identified
  • Partner with ecommerce merchandising, marketing, and CRM to ensure product placement, promotional timing, and investment decisions are commercially optimized across the full DTC funnel
  • Own DTC analytics and performance reporting, translating website performance, traffic, and sales data into strategic recommendations that inform senior leadership decisions
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks that provide stakeholders with reliable, real-time visibility into DTC performance across categories and channels
