About The Position
The DSV Development Program, Freight Operations is designed to develop the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders. Participants gain real business experience while building a deep understanding of global supply chains. The program combines hands-on operational experience, exposure to different areas of logistics, mentorship from experienced leaders, and structured professional development. DSV is a global transport and logistics provider, supporting supply chains by air, sea, and road across more than 90 countries. Our purpose is simple: Keeping supply chains flowing. DSV provides end-to-end logistics services that connect global trade through Air & Sea Freight, Road Transport, and Contract Logistics. This program offers the opportunity to earn the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding, a globally recognized logistics certification, and pursue additional professional credentials through the NCBFAA. Participants can also engage in FIATA’s Young Logistics Professionals (YLP) competition. The program is designed for recent graduates with no prior experience required, offering support to explore potential and forward careers.
