About The Position

The Data Security Services (DSS) team is responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of processes and supporting technologies with the aim to identify, detect and prevent misuse, unauthorized access and/or improper handling of sensitive data. The DSS Service Management Lead will directly report to Global lead of Data Security Services and will be responsible for interfacing with internal customers and stakeholders in delivering enterprise scale data security services across EY organization.

Requirements

Demonstrate integrity and judgement within a professional environment
Advanced degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
Ten or more years of experience in IT Service Management roles
Five or more years of experience in project or program management function
Exceptional judgement, tact and decision-making ability
Outstanding management, interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead team of experienced Area Service Managers who are primary contact of their customers providing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and other Data Security Services.
Lead Service Management Support team members providing project management, change management, process framework and reporting support for the three DSS functions.
Work closely with other DSS leads to develop, design and execution of Data Security Services strategy that is overall aligned with EY Information Security strategy.
Direct support DSS customers and other key stakeholders on continuous service improvement, including but not limited to gather their feedback, articulate DSS strategy and roadmap, provide regular service updates.
