About The Position
The Deposit Service Representative is responsible for interfacing with customers in-person, phone and e-mail interactions. The Deposit Service Representative develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Representative will also handle Teller transactions as needed to assist customers.
