Requirements

High school diploma required
Must be 18 years or older
Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

Build meaningful, supportive relationships with individuals
Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities (bathing, hygiene, etc.)
Support with food shopping, menu planning, and meal prep
Assist with fire drills, health & safety routines, and overall care
Transport members to medical appointments, recreation, and community events
Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations
Support social engagement and help arrange group activities
Collaborate with families and staff for optimal care
Attend trainings, meetings, and agency events as needed
Ensure compliance with all background checks and required screenings
Perform other duties as needed to support program success
