DSP Independent Contractor in Concord (KW)
About The Position
InReach is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) as an Independent Contractor to provide Day Support Services and occasional Respite Services for a female individual with Developmental Disabilities in Concord, NC. This role involves approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility required as the schedule will change when school resumes in late August. The primary schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10 am to 1 pm, or potentially 10 am to 2 pm. The pay rate for Day Support is $22.52/hr and for Respite is $16.07/hr. As an Independent Contractor, you will receive a 1099 tax form and use a third-party vendor for direct deposits. Contractors are responsible for state-required training, Occupational Accident Insurance, and administrative fees for the vendor.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
- Instruction and assistance in home living environments.
