RCS is seeking a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Unit Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of statewide quality improvement (QI) policies, processes, and procedures. In this role, you will guide and support a high-performing team of Quality Improvement Consultants while shaping how quality and accountability are embedded across the division. As part of the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), you will apply your deep knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement, Total Quality Management, Lean Management, and the ISO 9001 quality management system to strengthen systems that impact care and services statewide. Although this position is based at RCS Headquarters, your influence and leadership will extend across Washington State.
