The DSD Field Sales Representative owns and delivers sales for their overall territory by developing relationships with Store Managers and other retail personnel to achieve directed short and long-term performance objectives. This is achieved with a focus on delivering the overall value of retail (VOR) to include sales, displays, new items and core distribution. Activities center on coverage of Nestlé items, including systemic problem solving related to out of stocks, new item speed to shelf, share of shelf, price compliance, and promotion selling. This role will be responsible for selling Nestle Premium Waters and Ready To Drink products and is part of a DSD model. Regular long distance driving is expected to visit client sites, attend meetings and support field activites. There are physical demands that including lifting and carrying up to 55 lns, pushing, pulling and bending to set up displays and move carts and standing and walking during store visits, trade shows and field work.
