About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced punchlist, carpentry, and drywall professionals to join their contractor network for residential maintenance work orders and renovation-related projects. This is an opportunity for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, ongoing project opportunities, and reliable payment processing. Contractors will complete residential drywall, punchlist, carpentry, and general repair projects, maintaining quality workmanship, professionalism, and communication with project managers and clients.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
• Must own tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage service-related projects
• Valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable using online portals and mobile communication systems
• Must currently reside and work within the United States
• Ability to provide valid W9 or Tax ID documentation
• Ability to complete onboarding or portal training
• Good communication and ability to attend appointments
• Possess tools and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in drywall, carpentry, punchlist, maintenance, or related trades
• Ability to transport tools and equipment as needed

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged drywall in residential properties
• Install drywall for renovation and repair projects
• Prepare surfaces including cutting, measuring, patching, and fitting
• Apply compound, texture, sanding, and finishing work as needed
• Maintain safe and organized job sites
• Communicate with Project Managers regarding timelines and project updates
• Upload photos, notes, and updates through the vendor portal system
