Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of construction experience in home services, drywall or painting preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to accurately perform measurements and basic mathematical calculations
Experience with safely operating basic hand and power tools
Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., occasionally overhead
Must be dependable, reliable and committed to consistent daily attendance

Responsibilities

Develop trade skills in drywall repair, installation and painting
Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
Load and unload materials, tools and equipment
Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness in customers' homes
Learn to use proper drywall tools to apply materials, and techniques
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
Work comfortably and safely at elevated heights, including climbing and working from ladders and scaffolding
Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members
Assist the crew with measurements and material preparation and job-site organization
