Requirements

• Previous commercial drywall installation and/or finishing experience required
• Experience hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing drywall
• Ability to read and follow project specifications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Knowledge of construction safety practices

Nice To Haves

• OSHA certification is a plus (free OSHA training available)

Responsibilities

• Install drywall on commercial construction projects
• Measure, cut, and hang drywall panels
• Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall surfaces
• Repair and patch drywall as needed
• Follow project specifications and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule
