About The Position

TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Drywall & Handyman Technician to join their growing team. This role involves performing drywall repairs, texture matching, painting, and general handyman work, while also supporting HVAC and plumbing installation teams. The position offers variety and the opportunity to leave homes looking as if no work was done. Requirements

• Experience with drywall repair and finishing
• Strong texture matching and painting skills
• General handyman or residential repair experience
• Basic carpentry knowledge
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team

Responsibilities

• Completing drywall patches of all sizes
• Matching existing wall and ceiling textures
• Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall repairs
• Priming and painting repaired areas for a seamless finish
• Performing trim, caulking, carpentry, and general handyman repairs
• Completing punch list and warranty work
• Assisting HVAC and plumbing technicians during installations when needed
• Restoring homes after HVAC and plumbing projects
• Maintaining a clean, organized company vehicle and professional work environment
