Perform drywall finishing and painting of drywall assemblies. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of commercial finishing and painting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The Drywall Finisher will be responsible for applying taping and bedding, texturing, caulking, and final wall finishes according to project plans and specifications. They will also be involved in the installation of fire tape, mud, and stenciling for fire-rated and smoke-rated walls, as well as making repairs on existing walls. The position involves operating equipment such as aerial lifts and requires a strong understanding of safety protocols, including the use of PPE and participation in daily Pre-Task Plans. Collaboration with Project and/or Trade Foremen for scheduling and material delivery is essential. The role also emphasizes teamwork, integrity, leadership, and maintaining positive working relationships.
