About The Position

RQ Construction is currently looking for Drywall Finishers to join our team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. This role involves performing hands-on construction labor and drywall finishing work on active job sites. The position may also support other skilled trades as needed, including assisting with general site activities such as preparing work areas, cleaning and maintaining job sites, digging trenches, installing bracing and supports, setting up scaffolding, and removing debris and non-hazardous waste materials. In addition, the Drywall Finisher may be responsible for operating construction equipment and performing basic maintenance and repairs on tools and machinery as required.

Requirements

Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Drywall Finisher in commercial or industrial construction.
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
All candidates considered for hire must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
All candidates must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base (if applicable for position being hired for).

Responsibilities
